PAO is the principal law office of the government that extends free legal assistance to indigent persons in criminal, civil, labor, and administrative cases. To qualify for free legal advice, you must present a Certificate of Indigency from your Barangay or the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) – Cebu Chapter

The IBP has a mandatory National Center for Legal Aid (NCLA) which offers free legal aid to underprivileged clients. The IBP Cebu Chapter has a Lawyer of the Day Initiative (LODI) that permits walk-in consultations. You can also message them on Facebook for specific inquiries.
